Six services, one phone number. Whether you need a vehicle for an afternoon or a fleet for a two year project, the arrangement is the same: we quote in writing, then we show up.
Daily, weekly and monthly rentals
Rent by the day for a short trip, by the week for a project, or by the month for an extended stay. Longer rentals carry better rates. Tell us your dates and we will quote you the best available structure.

Fuel and travel outside Montserrado County are quoted separately. Every charge appears on your written quote before you commit.
Airport pickup and drop off
We meet you at Roberts International Airport with your name on a board and take you straight to your destination. Arriving late or on a delayed flight is not a problem. We track arrivals.
How to arrange it
- Send your flight number and arrival date with your quote request, or over WhatsApp.
- We confirm the meeting point and the driver’s name and number the day before.
- Your driver waits inside arrivals with a board, and waits through a delay at no extra charge.
Airport transfers are priced with your quote — ask when you send your dates and we will put the figure in writing.
Long term rentals for businesses
We supply vehicles on monthly and multi month contracts to organisations working across Liberia. Dedicated vehicle, dedicated driver, invoiced monthly, with maintenance and replacement handled by us.
Send us your requirement and we will respond with a written proposal.

Luxury and specialty vehicles
For weddings, executive visits, and special occasions we can arrange vehicles beyond our standard fleet. Ask us what you need.
To be straight with you: these are sourced for the occasion rather than parked on our lot. That means we need notice, and we confirm the exact vehicle before you commit to anything — we will not promise you a car we have not secured.

Every rental includes roadside assistance across our operating area. If a vehicle goes down, we get you moving again — a recovery, a replacement, or a mechanic to you, whichever gets you back on schedule fastest.
Insurance: rather than print a summary that might not match your agreement, we set out the cover, the excess, and what you are liable for in writing with your quote, and we will walk you through it before you sign. Ask us and we will send the policy terms.

Every vehicle in the fleet goes out with a driver. Ours know the routes into Bong, Nimba and Grand Bassa, know which roads to avoid after heavy rain, and know how to wait quietly outside a meeting that has run long.
Every vehicle is rented with a driver. The driver is included in the rate for a 10 hour shift. Additional hours are $10 per hour. There is nothing to add to the quote for it — the rate you see on the fleet page already includes the driver.
